Criteria for employer verification Share

The following criteria must be met by employers on the Self Arranged program. All of the employers on the Premium Placement options are already vetted are approved.

Criteria for employer verification (Self -Arranged):

  • A seasonal or temporary need for employees;
  • Not experienced a layoff or strike/ lockout in the past 120 days;
  • Not displaced U.S. workers with J-1 participants;
  • Provided vetting documentation, including valid Worker’s Compensation certificate of insurance policy, EIN, and other necessary supporting documents to the Sponsor.

Documents which student need to deliver to VIKING for verification process:

  • Copy of business license
  • Workers compensation policy copy of cover sheet
